Biography.
In 1998 after graduating from GMIT in Fine Art and Design,Martina Passman joined Artspace Studios in Galway, Ireland. She exhibited extensively around Ireland with the Artspace group.Initially working as an oil painter, Passmans work evolved into experimentation with mixed media including the use of found objects materials and printmaking. Passmans work is predominantly composed of everyday objects and are not confined to one medium or one representation.
Passmans work is part of the Irish state art collection.

Martina Passman completed an MA in Creative Practice in the Centre of Creative Arts and Media,Galway (GMIT).Within her studio practice Passman deals with the materiality of the object and the energy that may be found there. The artist explores themes of time,being and the phenomenonlogical.
